Adds a practical downstream enforcement resource for MCP database access. The kit contains executable PostgreSQL roles and grants, verification and denial tests, audit queries, and an emergency revoke path. It complements the repository’s MCP authorization and access-control guidance without presenting registry placement as a security certification.
